Bonded – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and iRoxanne Studios, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

iRoxanne Studios, LLC owns and operates various digital applications and platforms, including, without limitation, Bonded, NestFlow, Booked! Now What?, EventFlow, and BizFlow (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms apply specifically to your access to and use of the Bonded application, including through www.bonded-app.com and any related subdomains or associated mobile or web applications (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy.

4. Not Professional Services

BONDED IS NOT THERAPY, COUNSELING, OR MEDICAL CARE.

  • We do not diagnose or treat conditions.
  • Content is educational and for personal growth only.
  • AI suggestions are automated and not reviewed by licensed professionals.
  • You should not rely on Bonded for crisis situations or serious relationship problems.
  • If you are in crisis, call 988 or 911.

12. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS."

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Bonded disclaims all implied warranties.
  • Bonded is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Bonded is not liable for relationship outcomes.
  • Bonded is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or partner misuse.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • If no payment was made, liability is limited to $100.
  • This limitation applies regardless of legal theory.
